You will be prorated for the current month and billed on the first of every month automatically.
If you leave mid-month, we will not prorate you--you are billed for the entire month.
We accept ALL cards (debit or credit)--if you don't have one then you must obtain a prepaid Visa card and reload it monthly.
To get your deposit back you must do the following Move-Out Procedure:
Logon to the portal and request a move out day at least 5 days before you move out.
Take two (2) photographs of your unit and send them to 352.658.3772 by text or through the portal:
The First photo should show the unit open, empty and cleaned. (No trash inside or outside)
The second photo should show the unit door closed with the black cylinder overlock on it, and the unit number visible.
Call us to request a review of the photographs and to process your security deposit refund.
Rick's Storage does NOT supply a dumpster, if you are caught using the dumpster you will be fined $100.
**MULTIPLE UNITS**
If you wish to lease multiple units, be sure you first create a profile and rent 1 unit. After you rent 1 unit, login and select the rent now option to rent a 2nd unit. Please call us if you have question on this process.
